Colours of Dawn

I guess that serendipity by definition has to be an accident. I captured this image on a recent trip to Pulicat on a birding exercise. It was still early in the morning- just past six and the fog was just lifting in the wake of the rising sun in the east. Ideally this time of the day is  a great time to spot birds and also  for photography. So instead of somehow concentrating on what birds I could see I was swept away by the beauty of the landscape in front of me. A happy accident!

  2. More than the colors its the waterway that seems to go on forever that catches my attention! Great shot!
